For fleet operators

Vehicles, deadlines and errors in view

You are responsible for forklifts and material handling equipment in your own business. Status, operating hours, the next safety inspection (UVV) and open errors belong in one place, not spread over spreadsheets, binders and heads. The customer portal of ForkScan Pro brings them together today, depending on the plan.

Your daily work

What makes life hard for operators

  • Scattered information

Operating hours in a spreadsheet, inspection dates in the calendar, errors on scraps of paper: an overall picture only emerges when someone collects it all.

  • Inspection deadlines

Due safety inspections have to be scheduled before they are overdue, for every vehicle separately.

  • Problems nobody reports

A driver notices damage, tells a colleague, and the information never arrives, until the truck stops.

  • Missing history

When a fault comes back, nobody remembers what happened last time and what was done.

How ForkScan Pro helps

What you use today and what is coming

Available today

Available

In the customer portal, depending on the plan. In the trial you can try everything.

  • Vehicles with status and operating hours

Every vehicle with manufacturer, device type and status: active, maintenance, out of service or archived. You enter the operating hours; their history stays visible.

  • Inspection dates with email reminders

Enter the safety inspection (UVV) dates per vehicle; an email reminds you before scheduled dates. Responsibility for inspection deadlines remains with the operator.

  • Error documentation with photos and status

Record an error code that occurred on a vehicle, with photos, notes and operating hours, from open through in progress to resolved. Every vehicle builds up its own error history.

  • Reports with Excel and PDF export

Overviews of the fleet, inspection dates and documented errors in the customer portal, as an Excel or PDF file for your records.

  • Team with roles

Invite colleagues to the customer portal as administrator or member. The number of users depends on the plan.

  • Error code search

Enter the code or browse by manufacturer, series and device type. You only see released codes with a documented source.

Planned

Planned

These intentions have no fixed date. We are looking for companies with their own fleet to try them out with us.

  • Device record with QR code

One record per device with master data, status, reports, repairs and inspections, plus a QR code on the truck as a quick way in.

  • Report page via QR code, without signing in

Scan the code on the device, choose the type of incident, describe it briefly, attach photos and the displayed error code if needed, send.

  • Reports to the right people

Rules per company decide who receives a report: for example fleet management, the workshop, the people responsible for a site or a service partner.

  • Blocking with documented release

By default, an observation reported as safety-relevant marks the device as blocked as a precaution. It is released again only after a documented check by an authorised person.

  • Repair and release kept apart

A completed repair does not release a blocked device by itself. Release for operation is a separate, documented step.

  • Safety first in the overview

Reported safety risks and blocked devices come before ordinary reports and service cases.

  • Inspection templates with signature

Carry out safety inspections (UVV) and other inspections from a template: findings, measures, signature, record and next due date.

The areas for you

Fleet first, then Report

Fleet is your overview of the fleet. Report is meant to bring your drivers' reports straight to the vehicle; Pro helps your maintenance team narrow faults down.

  • FleetOwn fleet

    Partly available

For operators of their own fleets

Vehicles with status and operating hours, inspection dates, documented errors and reports in one place. A device record with QR code, defects and blocking are planned.

Goal: Keep your own fleet in view.

  • ReportReports at the truck

    Planned

For drivers, warehouse teams and everyone who handles reports

Report problems right at the truck: scan the QR code, describe the incident, attach a photo, send, without signing in. The report reaches the people responsible.

Goal: No problem gets lost in daily operations any more.

    More about Report
  • ProDiagnosis

    Available

For service technicians, workshops and in-house maintenance

Look up error codes from various manufacturers: meaning, possible checks, code structure, cause, tools and spare parts, where recorded.

Goal: Understand faster what is wrong with the truck.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does ForkScan Pro replace the safety inspection (UVV)?

No. ForkScan Pro reminds you of scheduled inspection dates by email. The inspection itself and the responsibility for the deadlines remain with the operator. Digital inspection templates with signature are planned.

How many vehicles can I manage?

That depends on the plan. The numbers of vehicles and users are listed with the plans on the home page under “Pricing”.

Can our drivers report problems today?

With an account, yes: members of your team record errors in the customer portal, depending on the plan. Reporting via QR code without signing in is planned with Report.
