    Your trucks work at your customers' sites. You want to understand a reported fault quickly and record what was wrong with the truck.

Duration
60 days from the activation for your company; the customer portal shows the last day.

Costs
None. We do not ask for payment details.
End
The pilot phase ends by itself after 60 days and does not turn into a subscription. There are no costs, and you do not have to cancel anything; at the end you receive a short email. If you want to continue, you order a plan yourself in the customer portal, also during the pilot phase: then the plan you ordered applies from the order, and billing starts only at the end of the pilot phase, no earlier than two days after the order.
Your data
After the end, your company's data remain stored and readable for 12 months, as after the trial. If you do not order a plan in that time, we delete them afterwards; we remind you by email before.
Feedback
Welcome, but not required. After about four weeks we ask you in a short conversation what works well and what is missing.
Requirements
ForkScan Pro is for businesses only. For the pilot phase you need an account with ForkScan Pro, with the email address of your application; our terms and conditions apply. There is one pilot phase per company, for companies that have not had a subscription with us.
Selection
We answer every application. We decide on participation after a conversation with you; there is no entitlement to it.

How it works

How the pilot phase works

    You fill in the form below and receive a confirmation by email right away.

  2. 2. Conversation

    We get in touch with you and talk briefly about what you would like to use ForkScan Pro for.

  3. 3. Activation

    If it is a fit, you create an account with the email address of your application if you do not have one yet, and we activate the Professional plan for your company.

  4. 4. Feedback

    After about four weeks we talk briefly about your experience. After 60 days the pilot phase ends by itself.

We use your details to review your application and to contact you. You find more in the privacy policy (section 10).

Frequently asked questions about the pilot programme

What does taking part cost?

Nothing. We do not ask for payment details, and the pilot phase ends by itself after 60 days without turning into a subscription.

What happens after the 60 days?

The plan ends; looking up error codes and adding or editing entries are then blocked. Your data remain readable for 12 months. If you want to continue, you order a plan in the customer portal.

Can I order a plan during the pilot phase?

Yes, in the customer portal. The plan you ordered applies from the order; it is billed only from the end of the pilot phase, no earlier than two days after the order. Until then, using it stays free of charge.

Do I need an account already?

No. You can apply without an account. For the activation you need one, with the email address of your application; signing up is free of charge.

How many people from my company can take part?

As many as the Professional plan provides users for. You invite your colleagues in the customer portal.

Which manufacturers does ForkScan Pro cover?

Which manufacturers and series ForkScan Pro covers, you see after signing up in the search by manufacturer. Your answer in the form shows us which manufacturers matter in your company.

What do you expect from us?
