What ForkScan Pro stands for
When a forklift stops with an error message, the search often begins: for the right manual, for the colleague who has seen the error before, for the meaning of a code that every manufacturer structures differently.
ForkScan Pro brings this knowledge together in one place: error codes from different manufacturers with description and possible checks, available in the browser and, in future, in the app at the truck. On top of that come the tools a fleet needs day to day, from inspection dates to the error history.
Who is behind it
ForkScan Pro is a product of WebPX - Graupner & Kozhevnikov GbR, based in Auerbach in the Vogtland region, Germany. WebPX has been developing digital platforms, mobile apps and custom web applications since 2019.
WebPX is run by its partners Tobias Graupner and Sergey Kozhevnikov. Development, operation and support of ForkScan Pro are in one hand. When you write to us, you reach the people who build the system.
How we work
- Source-based content: an error code is only released once a source for the code and its meaning has been entered.
- Operated in Germany: platform and database run on servers in Germany.
- Security from the start: encrypted transmission, separated customer data, regular security reviews of the code.
- Short paths: feedback from the workshop flows directly into further development.
