The most important changes to the web platform, app and database, newest first. Entries about the app refer to the version that is being prepared for release.

October 2026

  • New: 7-day free trial without a payment method; the trial ends automatically.
  • New: after the trial or the plan has ended, the data stay readable for 12 months, and the administrators can download the reports. If no plan is running by then, the data are deleted; the administrators receive a reminder at least 30 days beforehand.
  • New: the data processing agreement is published on the website as an annex to the terms and conditions; sign-up and order name it.
  • Security: a user account can be signed in to at most three browsers at the same time; the sign-ins can be ended individually in the account settings.
  • New: search by manufacturer, device type and code in the app and the customer portal. The list shows descriptions for the manufacturers of your fleet.
  • New: the customer portal and the app show tools and spare parts for an error code once they are recorded for it. We are building the catalogue with part numbers from manufacturers and suppliers in the database.
  • New: tips from the community in the customer portal. Read, rate and report tips, and share your own with photos.
  • New: documented errors in the customer portal with photos, the status “in progress” and closing with the solution that was carried out.
  • New: set the status of a vehicle (active, maintenance, out of service) in the customer portal.
  • New: further error codes for the Still RX60. Code and meaning confirmed by source, texts in our own words.
  • New: the demo search on the home page suggests matching sample codes while you type.
  • New in the app: demo mode with new sample vehicles and sample codes.
  • Improved: every error code needs a documented source for the code and its meaning before it is released.

September 2026

  • New: manage the fleet in the customer portal. Add, edit and archive vehicles, schedule and complete inspections.
  • New: export reports as Excel and PDF, upload photos and documents for vehicles.
  • New: invite colleagues to the team by email and assign roles.
  • New: delete your account yourself in the settings.
  • New: demo search on the home page with sample codes, their description and possible checks.
  • New: legal notice and revised privacy policy and terms, each in German and English.
  • New: documentation, system status, updates, about us, careers and contact.
  • New: contact form on the contact page.
  • New: customer portal entirely in German or English. The chosen language is stored in the account and also applies to emails.
  • New: customer portal on smartphones with a slide-out menu.
  • New in the app: offline pack. The app downloads the released error codes for your own fleet to the device and looks them up without a network.
  • New in the app: delete the account in the settings.
  • Fixed: customer portal and administration area got stuck on the loading screen after sign-in.
  • Fixed: errors could not be documented in the customer portal. The code is now entered the way the display shows it.
  • Improved: the portal asks before deleting.
  • Improved: the plans name only services that exist. API access is on the roadmap as planned.
  • Improved: the app shows released error codes only.
  • Security: write requests from the app are only accepted when signed; security updates for the web platform.
  • Consistent spelling of ForkScan Pro and a new favicon.

June 2026

  • New: the search also finds error codes from partial input.
  • New: sign-in with Apple in the app.
  • Improved: offline changes to the fleet are synchronised more reliably.
  • Improved: plan features are unlocked correctly in the app.
  • Fixed: inspection reminders were not sent in certain cases.
  • Security: stricter validation of uploaded files and revocable app sessions.

May 2026

  • Security: comprehensive review of the platform with tighter request limits, a hardened password reset and stricter separation of customer data.
  • Security: device limits are enforced on the server; licences and devices are managed only by the customer administrator.

January 2026

  • New: automatic backups of the platform.
  • Improved: registration without prior approval by an administrator.

December 2025
